LEED® Certification Levels

The LEED certification system is categorized into 4 levels based on the credits achieved after fulfilling all prerequisites :

 

    • Certified: between 40 and 49 points
    • Silver : between 50 and 59 points
    • Gold : between 60 and 79 points
    • Platinum : 80 points and above
