EDGE Certification
What is EDGE Certification?
EDGE focuses on energy, water, and material efficiencies, adopted to local conditions using the EDGE App. To qualify, buildings must achieve at least 20% savings in these areas to reduce carbon emissions and lower operational costs. This process saves time by generating instant documents and is a globally recognized green building certification system aligned with international green finance standards such as GRESB, ICMA, CBI, and CDP.

Certification Levels
- Level 1: EDGE Certified - 20% or more savings in energy, water and embodied energy in materials is required.
- Level 2: EDGE Advanced(Zero Carbon Ready) - 40% or greater savings in Energy, beyond the minimum EDGE certification requirements.
- Level 3: Zero Carbon - building must offset all carbon emissions, use 100% renewable energy, and maintain 75% occupancy for at least one year after final EDGE certification.
